These terms cover alexgrishchuk.com, including Blue Command and its asset trackers (the "site"), run by Alex Grishchuk LLC. Blue Command is Alex Grishchuk LLC's fleet telematics service. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Accounts
- Accounts use Google sign-in. A new account has no access until an admin grants it, and access can be changed or removed at any time.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google account secure and tell the admin straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.
Using the site
Please don't:
- try to get into parts of the site, accounts or data you haven't been given access to;
- interfere with the site or the equipment it connects to, or overload it (for example with automated requests);
- copy or scrape data from the site in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
Equipment control (Blue Command mirrors)
Blue Command can write values to real equipment controllers ("mirrors"). Only people given that permission can do it, and they're responsible for each mirror they set up, including checking that it's safe for the equipment and the people around it. Mirrors depend on networks and third-party services and can be delayed or stop working: don't rely on them as the only safeguard for anything safety-critical.
Blue Command Alerts: texts and phone calls
- Program: Blue Command Alerts, from Alex Grishchuk LLC. Equipment alerts for Blue Command users who opt in: fuel or DEF low, a unit that stops running or stops reporting, a mirror that can't write, and a one-time code to confirm your number.
- Opting in: on the Alerts page, enter your own mobile number, tick the box agreeing to alert texts and calls, and confirm the code we text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with the alerts you set up, and is capped at 10 texts and 4 calls an hour.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; you'll get one message confirming it and no more. Alerts can come from either of two Blue Command Alerts numbers (a second one keeps alerts going if the first provider is down); STOP to either one stops texts from both, and START to either turns them back on. Removing your number on the Alerts page stops texts and calls.

Only add a number that's yours. Alerts by email, text and call are sent on a best-effort basis: they rely on the equipment reporting, eze.io, the phone and email networks and other services, and can be late or not arrive. Don't rely on them as the only way to learn about anything safety-critical.
Accuracy of data
Locations, engine readings, usage, distances and other data come from trackers, controllers and third-party services, and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. They're provided for convenience and aren't a substitute for checking the equipment, and shouldn't be used for emergency or safety decisions.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, notes and updates you add, and you give the site permission to store and show them to people with access. Only add content you have the right to share.

The site's software, design and logos belong to Alex Grishchuk LLC unless stated otherwise. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Availability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". It may change, be unavailable, or lose data, and there's no guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Alex Grishchuk LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or equipment damage, arising from using or being unable to use the site, including from data that is wrong or late, or from mirrors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending access
Access may be suspended or ended at any time, for example if these terms are broken. You can stop using the site and delete your account whenever you like.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows when, and significant changes are posted in the home page's Updates feed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
